1. Overview
Welcome to DishCode (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This platform is owned and operated by DishCode, with our primary office located at 72 Commercial, Alpha 1, Greater Noida 201310. By accessing our website, mobile application, or any services we provide (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, kindly stop using our Services immediately.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Our Services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
We may request proof of age and retain the right to suspend accounts in violation.
Each user is allowed a single account; duplicates may be disabled or removed.
Accounts that remain inactive for two years will be permanently deleted.
3. Event Details & Coordination
The full venue address for any dinner or experience will be shared no later than 12 hours before the scheduled event.
To enhance the overall experience, DishCode may adjust group compositions up until the start of the event.
4. Booking Fees & Payments
DishCode charges a booking fee for coordinating groups and securing reservations. Food and beverage costs must be paid separately to the restaurant.
We serve as facilitators only and are not involved in restaurant billing or payment disputes.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All booking fees are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is permitted if done at least 24 hours prior to the event.
No-shows are not eligible for any refund or credit.
In the rare case of cancellation on our end due to unforeseen reasons, you may receive a refund or credit for future use.
6. Reservations Policy
Reservations must be made solely via our official platform. Bookings made through other sources will not be honoured or refunded.
Guests are not allowed to bring companions unless otherwise approved in writing.
7. User Behaviour Expectations
We expect respectful and lawful conduct. The following behaviours are strictly forbidden:
Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or actions
Unwanted Behaviour: Conduct that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment
False Identity: Misleading or impersonating others
Illegal Acts: Any activities that violate local or national laws
DishCode reserves the right to remove users or terminate accounts found in violation of these guidelines.
8. Matching Process & Privacy
Our platform uses a proprietary algorithm to connect users based on shared preferences and past feedback.
Factors considered: user interests, location, previous event feedback
Matches are suggestions only; participation is not compulsory
We do not use discriminatory criteria in our matching process

9. Communication Consent
By registering with DishCode and providing your contact information, you agree to receive updates from us via email, SMS, phone, or WhatsApp, as permitted by law. These communications may include:
Booking confirmations
Service announcements
Offers or promotions
Feedback requests
You acknowledge that:
Your contact details are shared voluntarily
Your consent overrides any DND (Do Not Disturb) listing

10. Data Security & Protection
We prioritize your privacy and employ standard industry practices to protect personal data.
We do not share your personal information with other users without your explicit permission
You are responsible for the safety of your login credentials
If you notice suspicious activity, notify us immediately at dishcordofficial@gmail.com
11. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including visuals, text, and code, belongs to DishCode or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration is strictly prohibited.
12. Liability Disclaimer
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
DishCode is not responsible for:
Content created by users
Actions of third parties
Any outcomes from events or meetups
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent allowed by law.
13. Assumption of Risk
Participation in DishCode events is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or disagreements that may occur between attendees.
14. Force Majeure Clause
DishCode is not liable for any failure to deliver Services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, regulatory restrictions, or technical disruptions.
15. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Major changes will be communicated via email or app notifications. Continued use of our Services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
